Booking requests may include your name, phone number, optional email, chosen services, date, time, and notes you share with us. Contact messages include whatever you send.
We use this information to confirm reservations, prepare your ritual, and answer questions. We do not sell guest data. Access is limited to the house team that needs it to serve you.
Booking records are kept as long as needed for the appointment and ordinary house administration. You can ask us to update or remove your details by writing to hello@miskhouse.com.
