A hammam is not a quick shower. At MISK HOUSE in Agadir, the sequence is slow on purpose: warmth first, then black soap, then a kessa glove, then clay, then rest.
Arrive about fifteen minutes early. We will give you a robe, a quiet place to sit, and time to leave the street behind before steam begins.
Tell your therapist if you are pregnant, sensitive to heat, or new to Moroccan bathing. The ritual can be adjusted so the heat stays generous without becoming intense.
After the hammam, drink water, keep the rest of the day unhurried, and let the skin finish what the clay started.
